THE SKAEDIR FRAGMENT: Manifestation of Greed

An original CRONUX® story.

It whispers to me… ancient words that sing to eternity. I understand them, yet the language is unfamiliar, like it speaks directly to my soul, twisting through me. No one understands. No one can feel what I feel.

“No, my beloved… No one else is worthy to understand. No one else is like you. Skaedir sees you. Skaedir knows you. We have watched you, chosen you, shaped you.”

I… I feel it pulling me closer. No. Stop! Leave me alone. Get out of my head!

“You can’t break free. And why would you? You are already ours.”
