Digital Products All products sold on CRONUX are digital and delivered electronically. We do not sell or ship physical goods.

Delivery Time Once payment is successfully completed, your product will be delivered immediately. A download link will be provided on the confirmation page, and a copy will be sent to the email address you provided during checkout. Most deliveries happen within seconds.

Access Issues If you do not receive your download link or experience any issues accessing your "Fragments" or artwork, please contact us at contact@cronux.com. We will resolve the issue and ensure you get access to your purchase as soon as possible.

No Shipping Fees Since all our products are digital, no shipping fees or taxes related to physical transport apply to your order.
