Digital Products Due to the digital nature of our "Fragments" and artwork, which are delivered instantly via download upon purchase, we generally do not offer returns or refunds. Once the file has been delivered or the download has started, the service is considered complete.

Delivery Issues If you experience any technical issues with your file, or if you did not receive your download link after a completed purchase, please contact us immediately at contact@cronux.com. We will assist you in resolving the issue or provide a replacement link/file.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers) In accordance with EU regulations for digital content, by purchasing our products you consent to the immediate commencement of the delivery and acknowledge that you thereby waive your right of withdrawal. However, if you have not yet started the download of your product, you may contact us within 14 days to request a cancellation of your purchase.
